Jen Laurence is a registered dietitian and functional nutritionist. She helps women over the age of 40 who are struggling with unwanted weight gain, fatigue, and low energy to lose weight and keep it off while enjoying foods that they love. Inspired by the many women she’s seen in practice who are confused, fed up, and frustrated by fad diets that don’t work, she teaches women how to maintain a sustainable weight loss plan while embracing a flexible dieting approach.
